The airline has planned 7500 additional places, almost 20% more than its usual capacity from February 25th to March 5th between Madrid and Barcelona. Iberia has increased its offering between Madrid and Barcelona for the Mobile World Congress, the most important global event for the sector which takes places in Barcelona from February 27th to March 2nd. 36 flights and more than 7500 additional seats Iberia will lay on 36 additional flights (18 in each direction) between Madrid and Barcelona during the Congress from February 27th to March 5th, which means 7500 additional seats, almost 1000 more than programmed last year during the event, and more than 20% more than what the airline usually offers between both cities.
Most of the flights will be operated by Airbus A321, Iberia’s largest capacity plane for short and medium-haul flights with 200 seats. |
