All you need is a reasonably ample space (your living room would be perfect) and an app on your mobile with workouts created by professionals, or you could search on YouTube for workouts doing weights, stretching exercises or even dance classes, the options are endless.

If you’re into gym-type workouts, the Nike Training Club app helps you reach your fitness goals with training programs ranging from building strength to routines for beginners, where all you’ll need is a pair of trainers and a positive attitude. The app helps you find the right program for you and each workout includes a series of exercises for working on your abs, legs, arms with added weight or only body weight.
You can share your progress with the Nike community and receive nutrition advice and tips to help you to achieve your goal. The training plan can be adapted to your schedule, activities and progress. With NTC, you get access to over 190 free workouts with sessions ranging from 15-45 minutes that are designed to help you see and feel the results.
