BlueBay Hotels kicked off its participation at FITUR’23 with its customary Gala Dinner at the Casino de Madrid with an awards ceremony presented to its major business partners in the presence of several institutional authorities on January 17th.
During his welcome speech, Ramón Hernández, the hotel group’s CEO, highlighted the “very positive” financial year, considering that the global pandemic is now behind us and remarked on the group’s “record business figures in the second half of the year”.
Hernández also said the group has “invested strongly in renovating its flagship hotels” and technological innovation, the launching of My BlueBay, a customer loyalty club, and BlueBay Agents, a tool designed to improve communication with sales agents and in the B2B channel.
Renovation work on the hotel facilities will be completed within the next two years to offer a “better quality and more competitive product”, and the group also plans to increase its “operational, commercial and innovation teams”, said the CEO.
Additionally, the Chairman of BlueBay Hotels, Jamal Satli, emphasised the short-term goals of the company, which are rooted in “strengthening the destinations where we are present” and offering a more customer-centric approach to all its products.
BlueBay Hotels’ stand is located in IFEMA Hall 10, number 10F32 this year.
