Currently, the top-selling scooter is electric and made with 100% Spanish technology. The Silence S02 model sold 885 units in July of this year.
It has a range of 120 kilometres and can reach a top speed of 80km/h. The Silence S02 scooter has now outperformed more well-known petrol models and has sold more than 12,000 units since it began production in 2015.

Spanish brands are having a bumper market year. At the start of the year, we saw the Next NX1 scooter being launched by Next Electric Motors, which comes with an 800 W electric motor powered by Samsung SDI and Panasonic batteries.
The Next NX1 has a maximum speed of 45km/h and works with one or two batteries, with each one offers a range of 65 kilometres. It costs just €00.30 to cover 100 kilometres. Two versions are currently available; the NX1 Standard comes with one battery and a price tag of €2200 and the NX1 Powerpack, which has two removable batteries costs €2500.
