The crowd at Starlite got to see the artist of the summer play two different versions of “Despacito” that clearly wooed the entire audience.
The Puerto Rican singer, Luis Fonsi, appeared on the legendary stage in Starlite on August 2nd to perform a show his fans had been eagerly awaiting. The artist not only brought his amazing voice but also his fast, raunchy and energetic dance style. Accompanied by a group of flamboyant and energetic dancers who surrounded him for each song and truly made a big impression with the spectacular nature of their dance moves.
True to his original romantic style, the artist offered a two-sided concert, early on he performed some of his more romantic tracks and then switched over to his more up tempo style that he’s currently known for across the globe, which had the crowd in Starlite on their feet more than once during the evening.
The concert kicked off with the three huge LED screens showing a stopwatch counting down the seconds until the Puerto Rican took to the stage with one of his unreleased tracks “Tanto para nada”.
Throughout the show, the highs and lows of his romantic songs delighted fans, and the more rhythmic numbers had everyone up on their feet bopping around.
The show finished on a high note with Fonsi playing two of his most well-known songs “No me doy por vencido” and “Aquí estoy yo”, and then bursting into a new version of his emblematic track “Despacito”, giving his fans a grand finale worthy of a great star.
