Very few can resist Italian cuisine, especially the delicious pasta and cheese full of flavour and aromas. During March this year, Restaurante M29 at the Hotel Miguel Angel by BlueBay pays tribute to Italy and all its small regions by selecting the best products from each of them and creating traditional dishes.
In March, Restaurant M29 aims to bring guests together in an exciting country full of flavours with an attractive menu from Chef Stefano Pedrali, so that they can enjoy Italian food tourism and discover the flavours and richness of each of the regions without having to leave Madrid,
The dinner tasting menu for only €44 consists of five dishes plus a drink: Vitello Tonnato… the Original (Del Piemonte), Ligurian mixed veg (Genoa), Emilia Romagna Gramigna au gratin with scamorza and sausages (Emilia Romagna). Stuffed baby cuttlefish served with polenta and pizzaiola sauce (Naples), apple fritters, amaretto zabaione and cinnamon ice cream (Typical dessert during Carnival).
