TUR4all is an app developed by Fundación Vodafone, Fundación Vodafone Portugal and Accessible Portugal to increase accessibility to tourism.
The app is a dynamic platform which informs users about the accessible tourist offering in Spain and Portugal and hopes to add more countries in the near future. The aim to provide up-to-date and reliable information on the accessibility conditions and features of hotels, museums, restaurants, adapted transport and more.
How does TUR4all work?
TUR4all understands the need for social inclusion and aims to be more interactive with users and wants to expand its service offering through a database with more detailed and specific accessible tourism information. This is accomplished collaboratively, meaning that the users provide and update reliable information based on their experiences regarding accessibility conditions in the places where they stay, eat and visit.
The collaboration means there’s greater interaction between users with the TUR4all accessible tourism app and the platform can be extended to other parts of the world outside Spain and Portugal.
The app is available in 12 languages: Spanish, English, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Mandarin Chinese, Catalan, Valencian, Basque and Galician.
What can I find in the TUR4all app?
TUR4all runs on iOS and Android devices, and unlike other apps with the same purpose, it has been designed so that each user can customise their criteria based on their particular needs and requirements.
TUR4all’s interface allows users to find detailed and specific information about what they are looking for in the place they want to visit, and in different categories ranging from accommodation, transport, restaurants, museums and facilities for people with accessibility needs.
All the information is available on the TUR4all website, where all the offers of tourism services for people with accessibility needs can also be found.
